I just had a quick look at the DVD I'm planning to do, starting tomorrow morning. There's lots of cardio and I've no doubt that I'm going to be completely done in by the end of it! However, there's a toning section after the cardio, with sit ups and press ups. Should I skip that part or is it ok given that I'm still doing cardio for the majority?
