Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Ate as soon as I woke up (change from conceiving daughter), every 2-3 hours (also a huge change), and occasionally a bedtime snack if hungry. I never ate red meat when TTC my daughter and we ate it at least 2-3x/week. Lots of Lara bars, nuts, dried fruits, tomato soup, protein, salads, etc.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
At least 6 months, I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks in August
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Added red meat, potatoes, eating more consistently throughout the day. He is a Pharmacist so he would usually go very long without eating during his shifts.
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily

DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I had 1 drink per day

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
122 lbs. When I conceived my daughter I was 108 lbs and I've gradually increased my weight since May of this year (about 14-15 lbs). I'm at a healthy weight, but definitely the most I've ever weighed which I'm hoping is a good thing.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Lifted weights 3-4x/week, limited cardio this attempt as I did a ton of elliptical/spinning with my daughter. I've definitely gained muscle weight!

We either DTD 5 days before and 1 day before O or 4 days before and on O day. Unfortunately, my daughter was sick and my hubby was working out of town this month a lot, we were unable to get 3 attempts in around O day

Positive OPK at 2 pm on Monday and we DTD Tuesday night (as my last 4-5 cycles, I usually O about 36-48 hours after first positive)

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
DIET (This was by far the best month for me in terms of diet), frequency of exercise, increasing testosterone, etc. A
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Timing/frequency :( Although hubby has been releasing every 2-4 days, we were unable to get 3 attempts around O day (either day before, which is most likely, or on O day itself and then 4 days prior). We had a sick toddler and his work schedule fell at the worst time. I know timing sways least and I hope my weight gain, diet, and exercise compensate for that!
Things worth mentioning:
I've had two cycles since miscarriage, so not sure if that sways either way.

Praying for a healthy pregnancy and baby first and foremost, but will definitely be an added bonus if it's a little boy :)
