Has anyone used Peppermint tea and Red Raspberry Leaf to sway pink? How do they sway compared to Vitex?

I'm TTC after a mc and looking for a more gentle sway.

Thanks!

personally I'd prefer peppermint tea to vitex (I'm disappointed in the vitex stats). Studies on spearmint tea in women with hirsutrism (excess body hair caused by high testosterone levels) have shown improvements when the women were drinking 2 cups of it a day. peppermint tea is in the same family as spearmint and is also known to balance hormones

I used RLT for my last sway, that one has the benefits of not only balancing hormones but also lowers blood glucose, but on the downside contains quite a lot of nutrients in it so some pros and cons there

personally spearmint or peppermint tea would be my choice

We don't have the data to really be able to compare side by side with vitex and pep tea.

I do think pep tea sways pink - but did I include that in your sway plan?? If I didn't, then I had some reason for that and I would need to go and investigate why that is. Personally I think pep tea is just as harsh a sway as vitex or SP anyway.

Re the rasp. leaf tea, I'm not convinced that sways pink. I think it may sway blue and have seen more boys than girls conceived on it - both with blue sways and with pink sway opposites. So I don't trust that one and don't recommend it for a pink sway.

Hi Atomic - you didn't include it my plan. Could you go back and see if you think it's ok that I use the peppermint tea instead of vitex and saw palmetto?

The reason is because I included saw palmetto which I think is more effective and easier on the stomach than the pep tea (and you can't use both). If you want to use pep tea instead that would be in lieu of the saw palmetto. You can use or not use the vitex at your discretion, it doesn't interact with pep tea.
