Suffering is never allowed regardless of how it sways! Tums is fine for TTC pink and in fact some people actually take Tums as a part of a pink sway!

I lived off Tums with my girls pregnancies lol

I would think that antacids such as mylanta etc would sway pink, as they have magnesium in them, don't they?

Well, I am a little more hesitant about the magnesium ones because a lot of people are already taking mag supps and too much mag can be dangerous. Plus, Mylanta has aluminum which I don't think anyone TTC should probably be getting much of.

Ok, well to update it turned out that JJ's situation was a little more compicated than reflux BUT for anyone reading this, I do think that Tums are ok to take for your pink sway.

I don't personally LOVE Prilosec because I got a very rare condition called optic neuritis from it, and I know of one lady on IG who reported that Zantac raised her pH. But, you need to take what you need to take for your health and well being.

The one antacid you really need to avoid is BAKING SODA! or anything containing baking soda.
