16+1week ultrasound. Boy or girl?

Won't have our anatomy scan at our OB for another 4weeks. We did an elective ultrasound. We were told boy at elective ultrasound. Would you agree this is a boy? or could this be part of the cord and be a girl? the Tech kept saying how the cord was in the way.
