Hello!
We have decided to postpone ttc until after xmas as I really want to just relax and enjoy every min of being off work and not be counting cals/fat etc..
I will hit LE hard from Jan and hopefully start ttc from Feb.
So will having the extra xmas lbs give me an advantage as ill have more weight to loose? Hope so!!
I also want to join classes at the gym but would be limited to twice a week or 3x a week. I know this is bordering boy friendly BUT Its the total opposite to what I did when conceiving my son. I was a lazy lump! I am already a stone lighter then I was then xx

could you do at-home exercise on a couple of other nights?
I think jury is out as to whether gaining weight in order to lose it sways pink more especially in the short-term... I'd say probably not, but the spring is a good time to lose weight/sway too

I will relay my story (in short form as best I can) to you and let you be the judge. I had been running 4-5 times a week last fall, became preggo and m/c....and just did not run much in Nov./Dec as I would have liked. I gained around 8+ lbs (not on purpose...a lot of other things going on as well) and started fresh in Jan. Began to get my run back on....counted cals....for Feb. began LE diet and 6 days of running an hour a day.....6 weeks of this and it was O time in March, dtd as in my sway....and you can read the rest in my siggie. I would not advise the weight gain, I told my hubby that I would not TTC until I was back under the lbs I was in the fall and so he highly encouraged the running and made sure our boys let me run after work!!!

Thanks ladies.
Im not gaining to loose it for my sway. I just imagine alongside the majority that ill gain over Xmas. I usually gain about 4/6lbs but as soon as im back to eating 'Normal' it falls off. I will be starting le again though instead. I will 100% be under my current weight by Feb xxxxx
