Had my 13 week NT scan. My calculations put me at 13.3 my OB puts me at 13.1 and the ultrasound put me at 13.4. Is this my boy?!?!!?!?1521215213

Thanks so much everyone! I am over the moon! I just can't believe it! Question though .. on the first pic at the top of the penis there is a little tip and then the two oval shaped things on either side .. is the little tip thing the penis that will come out further and the oval things the testicles? Or is the whole thing the penis? It made me nervous that it was a vagina but the tech was just like super certain and even started referring to him as a he and said girls don't stick out this far at 13 weeks. I am by far no ultrasound pro like you ladies so if someone could explain it to me as to why she was so certain I would really appreciate it!
