Question about taking zyrtec and benedryl

I am just wanting some help please with when i should take the Zyrtec and Benedryl.
I usually get alot of cm around o it usually starts 4 days before o so when will be the best time to take these two and how often and how much? We will be doing a cut off of hope 2 days with a o+12.

Is the Benedryl only in liquid form or can you get it in tablet. I went to the chemist all they had was liguid form Benedryl

Hmmm...I have some in tablet form but I am in the US - bumping for others who might know.

Liquid is fine too, they both work.
