do you come off straight away, stay on to 12 weeks, phase out. what exactly?

I was told to stay on it until 10 or 12 (can't quiet remember exactly) weeks of pregnancy. I didn't get a transfer so no BFP but I've stayed on it ready for my next cycle.

Yes, I have to get back on mine about 2 months before our transfer and believe I have to stay on it until the 2nd trimester if I get a BFP.
