I had an u/s with my son at 11+4 and I have no pictures to prove it, but I SWEAR I saw the flattest, girliest nub on earth. Obviously he turned out to be a boy, so I agree that 11 weeks is too early!

I would just wait, believe me I know its HARD!! You will hear soon enough. I still think you have a great chance of hearing pink, your sway looked great! Hang tight and try to keep your mind busy for now..

Can I ask what maternit21 is? I've seen it mentioned around a few times but have no idea what it is lol

^^Its a blood test that looks for pieces of the baby's DNA in your blood ******. They need a certain percentage to test. But it allows them to look for T13, T18, T21 and tells gender. It has a low false positive rate (compared to the first tri screening/NT) and a high level of accuracy (99%). It's often offered to women over 35 or with risk factors. Some insurance doesn't cover it, some do for high risk, some do across the board.

But yeah, wait on that screening and your 12+5 nub. 11 won't tell you much of anything.

I have oxford and they told me it will cost me $200, but its worth it since I WILL find out down syndrome very early on.
