Skull theory guesses?

This is for my friend, this is from her 15 week scan, best pic she has. Obviously you can't see the nub but do you have any skull guesses? Thanks!

I think girl but I don't have a great track record on skull guesses - my daughter had a very flat face in comparison to my sons and that baby has a flat face so that's why i would guess that - I wonder if you might be able to see pics of any other kiddos she has to compare??

This is her baby boy... Looks the same to me so maybe another boy?
