Not sure if this helps but I'm posting a pic of my son's ultrasound at 12 weeks on top of my baby #2's 12 week ultrasound. You can see from my son's top pic his obvious boy nub and his skull seems it's larger than my baby 2.

I am really hoping for a girl so not sure if I'm imagining the smaller skull.

Quick update! I'm having a girl! Confirmed January 22! So guesses were right!
