Hi! I have a feeling this is boy #3 for my family (2 boys our mine and i have a stepson) My OB wouldn't even look for the gender. I was 13w5d or 13w6d. Ive been obsessing over certain spots but i could be obsessing over a foot LOL! Is there a nub in this pic?

Is the nub the two lines/dots near the leg? And is it boy lean because of the angle? Im so sure its a boy I could shop for more blue but I just want to know what im looking at.
