I've just spotted how much sodium is in actual cranberries, so presumably the supps would have a lot too?

does anyone know how much, or if the benefits of the pH lowering outweigh the sodium?

All the cran supps that I have looked at were all quite low sodium.

When I first looked up all my vitamins to see what was not labeled... nearly all vitamins are so low in sodium that there is no point in listing it and even the calcium was extremely low in sodium.

If serving size labeled on the bottle had 1mg of sodium FDA req it to be labeled.

I am not sure but I would assume you have something like the FDA there that would do the samething, I hope, do your vita/supps/food ever say anything like approved by ___ or not approved by ___.

In the UK it's the Food Standards Agency I believe.
