Well regarding Skull theory ( which really isn't reliable ) but just for fun, I will say Boy. As for the Nub theory I'm really not sure if that's a nub in the last photo or the beginning of the leg? If it IS a nub it definitely looks very boyish as well!

IF that's the nub in the last pic, it's boyish, but that might not be the nub!
