Hi

Am I right in thinking its still dtd once at pos opk after abstaining for at least 7 dsys?

Also I am going to use rephresh but just the one full application before dtd. When is best to do it? X

There is no one right way to do your attempt, one attempt at pos OPK with 7 days abstain is one way that has worked for people. no matter what, the one attempt seems to be getting best results.

If you are using a full applicator I would do it 12-24 hours before attempt.

There's a special forum for technical q's,the answer on how to change your user name is probably in there or else you can start a thread there - I honestly don't know!!
