Is flax milk allowed on the girl diet?

I am TTC a girl and would like to know if flax milk is allowed on the diet. It does have low protein, low sodium, low carb and high calcium levels which is perfect for the girl diet.

Am I right?

I would personally not do flaxseed milk because flax can affect hormone levels and some blue swayers actually take flax supplements to help them TTC a boy.
