After a totally ambiguous nub pic, I had my 19 week scan and it had its legs closed the whole time. So we couldn't find out.

So when I saw my OB for the results we asked him to take a peek on his machine which he did. He found something between the legs and said he thinks it's a boy, but he did say that the lower res machine can get it wrong and pick up the umbilical cord sometimes as it's harder to see the details.

So I found a pic online of someone else's scan that looks most similar to how I remember mine being - it basically looked something like this

How confident do you think I can be that it's a boy? I'm such an overthinker of these things.

To me, this looks like a boy. As far as I'm aware, the umbilical cord presents itself as more 'bubbly' looking, not as one solid mass, if that makes sense. I hope you get your hearts desire! Good luck

It looks like a boy to me.

because of the two light spots and lots of bubbels at the bum (would be a lot of little balls) I would say umbilical. it could be a boy. but I wouldn't say on this pic.

Really can't tell off this pic. My boys had clear penis and scrotum, and this doesn't really look like theirs. But it doesn't look girl, either. Sorry!
