Followed a LE diet for 4 months, eased up in the fifth month, dropped altogether by 6 months

Lost 3-5 pounds in first 4 months of diet, quite a lot for my 5 ft 2 " height. Carried on with my regular horse riding.

This was an unintentional attempt, as we had decided to stop ttc two months before, so DH's abstain wasn't planned. He had been doing FR when ttc. Also, I got up to go to the bathroom after five mins of dtd, something I hadn't been doing during our months of ttc.

DH had been taking olive leaf extract and folic acid when we were ttc, but had given up two months prior to bfp. I also had given up my supplements two months prior :(

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I was at my lowest weight for a long time, and we had only one attempt around ovulation.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
DH abstaining was unplanned due to his age, and I was eating a normal diet again with no supplements.
Things worth mentioning:
I started off swaying pink but as the months went by I just wanted to get pregnant. When my 43rd birthday approached we decided to forget about ttc, as we both felt it wasn't meant to be. My DH feels this will be a baby girl but I feel it will be another boy. Either way I am grateful to be pregnant and am hoping he/she will be healthy!
