Well ladies, it's december so I started a new thread!

While I think it's unlikely, we had a bit of an oops and a surprise early O, so it's possible that I am in the 2WW myself this month.

Except its THREE weeks for me, cause I do HCG shots to bump my hormones to just low instead of nonexistent :rofl: and it takes a whole week for them to wash out and stop giving me beautiful FAKE BFPS! So difficult! And its even harder, cause some months I get no side effects from the hcg, and other months I feel so darn pregnant it's just painful. I do 10,000 units over my LP, 2000 a shot for 0+3,5,7,9. I O'd 2 days ago, so will start the shots tomorrow night. Or thursday morning, I am not quite sure.

Anyway, its evil but wonderful all at the same time (eek!) and my hormones are at meno level without and I am only 37, so I need it. My health and hormones are starting to smooth out, I think maybe that's why I O'd early this month? Hopefully everything will smooth out enough to get a little bean to stick soon, and I can get the DD dh and I dream of. I bought a sway a few days ago and am happily awaiting it's finish, I know Atomic is an expert and can't wait to hear her suggestions for my weird state of health/diet/baby!

SO...Baby dust and STICKY BEANS to all, let's get LOTS of BFP's this month! December is a good month to get knocked up ladies! :suprise:

I'm not entirely sure when I ovulated it was either 11/21 or 11/28 so I will probably start testing Dec 7th. My last period was wonky so I'm not sure if I started on the 9th or the 11th. I started bleeding lightly on the 9th and then after DTD it stopped and didn't start again until the 11th so not sure when to even count it.

But regardless here is to hoping we see some BFP's
I am not reading into any symptoms as I can find another reason for all of them.

Did a test this morning. Initially i saw the same line as in the picture but then i noticed some moist behind the glass and decided to take away the glass. Then, the line got much lighter. So i don't know anything yet… Decided to really wait two days now until Friday.

I'm joining too, so...when I hadn't Ov since June here I'm as Ff it appears I did Ov and now I'm 6dpo. Im freaking out as I did pig out over the holidays, we dtd in whatever pattern and had big O's each time;( it is.what it is. I will be testing this Friday with FRER 6 days sooner test. Btw I Ov on CD 28 after my first round of Provera and was bummed out because my progesterone 21 day check was a .1 so yeah..if I get a bfn I will start my next round of Provera. But this time with Clomid.

I'm gonna join as well. I'm really hoping this is the month for us! I'm 12 DPO but I broke down and took a test last night: BFN. I haven't had anymore symptoms since last night so I'm thinking they were all in my head lol. I'll be testing again right after Christmas.

Wow, so many posts!

MLKA, I din't get a bfp with my dd until I was 4 days late, and then it was so faint I thought the test was faulty so I went and bought 2 more and tested the next am, and they were bfn!!! I had to go to the drs to get them to straighten it out. In any case, she is 15 next month!!!

Bigwish, it's always wet under the plastic and always looks diff when you tamper with it. I am a POAS-aholic, I should know! I bet that line will be much darker even tmrw, and we need eye candy pics pls!

I am right there with you! It feels like my head and face are not getting enough blood to them, and my heart was pounding when I came up the stairs. With my DS1 I knew the next morning - probably just intuition but as I stood drinking my coffee meeting with my boss in her office I thought to myself, "either my husband made the coffee really strong today, or we are pregnant!" I just get worried that it won't implant right and won't 'stick'.

Hope this goes fast because the last couple days it's been really hard to skip breakfast.

I have been pregnant more than 15 times, I can tell within 3 days usually. I don't think its impossible at all, and my instinct is usually bang on.

FX you get that sticky bean!

I'm not looking forward to the hcg, I have had incredible HB and vomiting urges for the last 2 days without it, i can't imagine what its going to be like with it :/

Congrats Big Wish! I am now 16 dpo and still no AF. I was expecting it Tuesday or yesterday and did have some spotting but I am not sure what to think. DH wants me to take another test. My temps did dip - on Saturday it was 98.3ish and then Sunday went to 97.9ish and then hung there until yesterday when it dipped to 97.7ish and then this AM was back up to 97.9ish. I am pretty sure that I am out - I don't want to have false hope. I just wish AF would come already so we can start trying.:suprise:

What a totally awful situation are you in! I experienced something like that the previous cycle! I had spotting on cd9, cd11 and then nothing untill cd15...
I went to the gp the morning of cd15 and she wanted me to have a hcg bloodtest. I did the test and when i got home AF showed up. Well, at least i knew i didn't have a chemical as the result came back on cd16: bHCG was lower than 1.

If i were you i would take a test (urine), just for emotional relaxation: maybe AF will then soon arrive. Best of luck!

I am going to grab another test on my lunch. I am new to the charting thing and don't completely understand it but what do you all think? I am not trying to be negative but it seems like based off of what I have read, that I am probably not pregnant. I started off late last week w/ some symptoms - nausea and a funny taste in my mouth and then that went away. I am still a little nauseous but nothing that would make me think - whoa definitely a baby in there!

I would test again if I were you. I'm not experienced with the temp thing and I don't want to get your hopes up. But, I had light spotting when I was due for my AF with my DS2, waited but my period never really started. Took a test and it was faintly positive. Good luck! :)

Well just tested again...another BFN. I think if I was preggo I would be getting a positive by now. It's probably just a wonky cycle! Hoping AF comes tomorrow so we can just move on and try again!

The more I think about it I think I ovulated a week later then I had thought which means my period wont come until tue or wed next week. It is possible that doing the LE diet super strict through me off. I don't feel pregnant at all, I know it's early but I just don't. I've been down with Strep throat since tuesday and been in bed all week with zero energy. Blah at this point I just want to not be sick anymore!

Good thing I saw this December 2WW lol My brain is still stuck in November. I'm going to test tomorrow. I have symptoms but I'm more into telling myself I'm prego so I can loosen up on this LE diet lol I'm having weird cravings but that could be AF playing a trick on me. I tracked my cycle for 3 months to get to "know" my body and then the first time to try my body did something weird. I'm wondering if douching made my ewcm go away and trying to figure out anything just confused me. :suprise:

I responded earlier but for some reason I don't see my post. I got a BFP! It's a dark line too so I think if I wouldn't of messed up yesterdays test I would've known for sure. My gums have been bleeding for over a week so I knew the chance of being pregnant was close to 100% b/c the only time that happens is when I'm pregnant. I will keep checking in to see how everyone is :)

Hi ladies! congrats to those who got their bfps already this month!

Pretty sure today is O day for me! Yesterday morning I had a 18 mm follicle on my left and a 17 on my right, triggered yesterday pm, I hope both of them drop. This is my first cycle since losing my 5 week pregnancy so fingers crossed this is finally it!

Hi sweetlily! Sorry for your losses. About getting a bfp when you thought you were out, yes that happened to me last month actually! I tested at what I thought was 9 dpo, bfn, no preg symptoms so I counted myself out. Had some spotting a day or so later, thought for sure my period but coming but the spotting got lighter and went away quickly so maybe that was implantation. I got a bfp the night after the spotting started.

So I like to say you're not out until af rears her ugly head!! Hope this is it for you!

On 4dpo my stomach was crampy, headache, gums were swollen, lower achy back and I was nauseous. It was the night before Thanksgiving and I felt awful. I woke up the next day feeling fine thank goodness. I agree waiting is horrible...especially towards the end b/c all you want to do is start the testing :)

Get better TomGirl! Strep is terrible, and not a fun way to start a pregnancy or to deal with during the 2WW!!

This is torture! Lol. I'm wondering if I have something funky going on. :( I'm 8-9 DPO and have had a little spotting today. Goes from pinkish red, to brown, to nothing, back to pinkish red (sorry TMI). I had implantation bleeding with both my boys, with my first it was red and I truly thought AF was starting a couple days early, to the point I put a tampon in. This time I don't know...I don't remember cramping like this and my lower back is really hurting/aching. If this is AF, then I am having a really short cycle this month (I'm CD26, usually have a 30-32 day cycle). Other than that I had more symptoms at 1-3 DPO than I do now, though my heart still pounds ridiculously fast over silly things, and occasionally get dizzy. The first 3 days (I know people say it's impossible) I would have betted I was preggers. Being on BC pills the last 7 months however, I had more pregnancy symptoms than I did when I was actually pregnant so I don't know what to think anymore! AAAHHHH!!

Still no af and really no signs of her. I usually spot a day or 2 ahead and I've had nothing but lot's of creamy and then watery cm. I still don't feel anything which I normally feel af coming on. I'm still recovering from the crud with lots of congestion so it's still all I really feel. My husband thinks I'm more tired then usual..

Hi Ladies! Congrats to those who got their BFPs!!!! I am getting ready to try again...should O in a week or so and will test in early January. I think the vitext made my cycle longer - it is usually 24-25 days and I O around day 14 but this past month it was 29 days and I O'd on day 10. I don't know! We will see what happens this month. I am on CD 6 and did the clearblue advanced opk - no blinking smiley yet so I am glad about that. I NEVER O early so that totally threw me off last month. I am hoping that I will go back to Oing on CD 14ish!!

Well it isn't over yet Tomgirl!

For the fun of it (I have always been a POASaholic) I decided to test out my hcg shots. I bout 9 tests from the $ store and 2 4 packs of CVE from costco cause they were cheap. So Been testing every day. The first day after my last shot, when my beta was around 6,000 miu, the CBE barely had a line! Seriously, you could barely see it. The $ store one was flaming pink.

I retested yesterday and you could read the CBE easily so IDK why the diff, but obviously the tests do not have equal sensitivity. Quality control issue? I expect them to get lighter every day to negative--the $ store test was a little lighter yesterday as it should be. Will test again, I saved my FMU but haven't dipped yet :)

Just thought I would share the story--I KNEW blue dyes were a bad idea but thought, IT CAN'T BE THAT BAD...HA, it IS!!!!

Funny, I used CBE for my first 2 babies who are 16 and 15 now, and they were great back then,. Goes to show if its not broken, leave it alone!!!

And on that note, rereading my post with all my typos, I have to say the hcg shots have given me a delightful sense of fogginess this month, just like really being pregnant! I have made so many dumb errors its actually funny st this point, including dumping an entire VENTI tea at starbucks all over the sofa in my meeting on tuesday. REALLY??? Really.

The bright side, a, seeing all those bfps is delightfu even tho I know they are fake, they are putting good vibes out there for me, and B, my levels are way up, My progesterone is 62, exactly where it should be and higher than its ever been since starting the shots, but my estro is still low at only 184 which is pretty low. AT least that won't cause mcs like low P does tho when we TTC!

I think you should test again tmrw with fmu. A lot of ppl don't get a bfp on 11 dpo but do on 13. The cm and cramps are suggestive if af isn't arriving. FX!

Well that's odd Tomgirl that the spotting has been light. Usually when AF comes for me it is not spotty at first. You never know. I took a HTP Wednesday and had my tearful moment, so I have pretty much accepted the fast that I'm out for the month. My last two pregnancies I found out really early. I am going to give it one more shot tomorrow AM like SweetLily said, but note getting my hopes up.

I'm starting to wonder if maybe I didn't O due to going super strict on the LE diet. I've had more spotting tonight but it's light in color but the cramping is there like my af. My guess is af will show full force tomorrow. I stopped testing a day ago when I got a BFN and ran out of tests. I cried when I got the BFN and then came to peace that everything happens as it should. Ready to just move on and not go so crazy I don't O this month.

I noticed that the zyrtec can really dry up cm quick. I thought being on the stricter side of the LE diet changed the length of AF. AF was very light and a few days.

Ya it has definitely changed mine making my cycles longer and ovulating later. As expected af arrived. I really don't want to do OPKs but maybe I will try it this month just so I know exactly when I ovulate since I seem to be jumping around since being on the diet. Also was really hoping I could be done with the diet...over it. During the well 3ww I did have red meat once and had a few eggs still skipping meals but did have more protein than I had been having due to being so sick and knowing my body needed more to recover. Back to vegetarian.

Still no AF, but took test this am and BFN. I think as you said Tomgirl and Quad7114, I have been doing super strict LE diet for 5 weeks now and it must have changed my cycle, along with some of the supplements maybe?

I am over the diet too, I don't mind terribly doing the vegetarian portion. The hardest part of the LE diet is no breakfast, it's killing me! I am also worried about the holidays, that is the week I should be Oing. My in-laws are coming over Christmas morning and bringing breakfast casserole and my parents have a Christmas ham that evening. I can maybe get out of eating ham and they won't notice, but no way I can get out of eating Christmas morning breakfast. Anyone else going through the same thing? I am wondering how much one day will throw things off when it is on of the most crucial days.

2013 has been a difficult year with MC and TTC, here is to sticky BFP's in 2014!

I'm going to describe how my 2WW went and symptoms and maybe it will help someone? I know everyone is different. This was my second month off BCP.

The next morning after we tried, I woke up and had this sense of peace...I think this was more an answer to our struggles and prayers the past year and a half whether to have another one or not, but that's a whole different post. This same day (day after O) I felt funny...I was REALLY cold and could not get warm. I got dizzy when I stood up, and my heart pounded crazy fast after the littlest exertion. This continued for about three days, still occurs now but to a lesser extent. Around day 6 I would get occasional hot flashes. I think there was a headache or two also.

About day 5 I got a lot of white cloudy CM.

Day 9 & 10 oh my, I thought I was out and having an early period. Though I almost wanted implantation bleeding since I had it with my other two, and thought it would be a good sign. When it came, I had a lot more spotting than they say typically happens, and there was some red in there too. But most of all I had serious cramps. I thought for sure they were AF cramps, and my lower back was KILLING me! I still get cramps now, but to a lessen extent. So now I'm praying the lil' bean sticks and stays in there!
Day 11 the spotting stopped.

The first day of spotting my temp dropped...but it stayed dropped for the next two days. I didn't check this morning because I got woken up early and had to get up. I have been waking up to pee the last few days. My bbs occasionally throb but it doesn't hurt at all the touch them.
Today (day12) I tested with a super cheap test I had on hand. Though faint, there is a line. Usually I don't show positive until a few days after expected AF. I will buy one today that is a little more sensitive.

As for Zyrtec...I'm actually prescribed Xyzal for my really bad allergies which is basically like Zyrtec but stronger. I quit taking that and switched to Zyrtec until a few days before O. (With all our other sway methods I didn't want to ruin chances of getting pg) It definitely dries things up, but in the last 10 months I haven't noticed it messing with my cycle.

I didn't find this website until about a week before we tried. Though I tried to change my diet (I'm a terrible dieter) I didn't do it very strict. (Will probably get a boy :( ) Also, it was right over Thanksgiving, and we have two Thanksgivings...one with each family on two different days, so I was screwed! I did skip breakfast (cheated with coffee and creamer) and drank Crystal light, and tried to not eat quite as much meat, and eat a lot smaller portions with no snacks. However, since I have a high metabolism I was hoping that changing my diet so quickly and so far from the norm for me that it would "shock" my system and work anyways :) So anyways, what I'm trying to say is...I can't help with knowing if diet changed anyone's cycles. Most of our 'sway' had to do with how we dtd, which was complete opposite how we did with our boys. (Shallow, J&D, etc).

Tomgirl - do you think the antibiotics could have messed with your body/cycle? I know they say it can cause BCP to be ineffective, maybe it messes with hormones? Good luck this month!

I don't know if antibiotics mess up your cycle I think it was the lack of food. I cut way way back. I got sick around 3 or 4dpo so after ovulation. I think the diet delayed my ovulation from 14-16dpo to 19-21dpo.

I decided I will get some opks this month since I don't know what to expect this month.
b'smommy looks like O will be anytime from 25th-1st which sucks for all the Christmas food! I believe 1 day is ok it's the build up that matters. I plan on being strict (less strict than this cycle) and if I feel like eating Christmas morning I will but then not again until dinner. I can't always skip breakfast, I have a physical job and there are days if I don't eat then I can't work I just make it small like toast and then I don't eat again for 5 or 6 hours.

I just keep telling myself it will have been worth it if I get a little girl!

I cant stand it when I have to get up too pee in the night! It ruined an otherwise perfect hcg 'test out'! I have all these beautiful bfps getting gradually lighter and then I couldnt hold it!!! And talk about getting a girls hopes up for nothing! Could not hold it--had go pee so bad by 3 am it actually HURT and now I have been super queasy all day. So unfair.

I am sure I am out nonetheless and my bc actually worked (lol!) So I went to the health store for another month worth of heavy detoxing. Just gotta make sure to eat the le diet while doing so :)

Any GOOD NEWS out there?

Hi ladies! Well I got my solid smile on the OPK last night and we made 2 attempts in the last 24 hours...soooo here we go again!! I am only on CD 10 so I am still not sure what is going on w/ me - this is 2 months in a row that I O'd early! Oh well...hopefully we catch it this time!!

Thanks ladies! The positive line was even darker yesterday :) I think the spotting I've been having now might be because I'm at the point in time now that AF would have come. Is it sad that I'm actually hoping I get morning sickness and sore boobs soon since I never did with my boys...hoping girl hormones surge through my body! Lol

GPKM - I've never been able to show any positive as early as 9 DPO, in fact showing a faint line at 12 DPO is the earliest I've ever shown a line! So...hopefully!

What frequency patterns are people using? I finally got my AF, so back to trying again. This past month we did frequent bd/release, I think it was 14 days straight and it might have depleted DH's supply and too hard to get pregnant. I think I am also going to drop the Rephresh this month too. Wondering about switching to baby aspirin instead of cranberry, I am scared it might have delayed my cycle and that is why I was late or the fact that I have lost 10 pounds. Just want to do anything I can to still TTC girl but increase changes of BFP! :)

I'm right there with ya b'smommy! I've decided to not be as restrictive cause I just want to be pregnant yes a girl but a healthy baby at the end of the day is #1. I'm doing vegetarian like pasta with zucchini but tonight I'm having a couple glasses of champagne cause well I want to enjoy my holidays a bit :) I have stopped cranberry too other then eating it just no supplements and I will take zyrtec around ovulation. I will have DH take a hot shower before dtd and never eat at the same time every day. So that's my plan this cycle in a nut shell.

Well now my funny news: testing 'out' didn't go as planned this morning.1 test was ecactly the same as yesterday and one was a hair darker?!!?!

They usually get half as light day by day.

Well so much for that! This morning's tests are barely visible. LOl, I had gotten my hopes up after yesterdays batch. I've never seen them that dark 6 days after my shots, but todays look like 7 dps! Almost blank!

Well, here's to hoping my DH is going to go ahead and TTC next cycle with me.

I feel really depressed about all the mcs I have had and the possibility that I will never be able to have another baby.

Starting my detox diet again, another 3 weeks of intensive dieting can only help things!

Well this morning at 12 dpo, I have gotten the faintest line. First line as I started testing at 7dpo so I know it's real. So at the moment I saying I have a BFP which hopefully keeps getting darker. I'm very pleased.

Congrats Gpkm!! I am now on CD 14 and FF still isn't showing that I ovulated. I think I O'd on CD 11 but I am just not sure! The soonest that I will test is next weekend - 12/28ish! I am not extremely optimistic at this point but we will see!! There is lots of creamy CM (sorry TMI) but I don't think that really means anything!!

I've had only a bit of nausea, tender breasts and increased CM but I've had those first 2 symptoms my last 2 cycles and it ended with a bfn so I'm not getting too happy and will try not to obsess with "symptoms". Hey girls! Mika I O'd on CD 12 according to FF and took my first test this AM at 8 dpo - bfn of course! I am such a POAS addict lol! I am just feeling a little discouraged - with both my kids we didn't even have to try and now we are on our 3rd attempt and probably nothing. I *-was feeling a little nauseous yesterday and this AM but that's it. I guess I will test again on Saturday. Good luck girls!!

Well girls I am now 11 dpo and def got a BFP this AM!! The line was definitely darker!! :happy: I am calling tomorrow to get my thyroid tested since they said to do that ASAP when I am pregnant and then I am going to test again on Thursday - day AF is due - and then call my OB!!
