Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Very different from what i ate with my boys.
Before i started the LE diet i only ate normal again for four weeks. Before that, i was on a low carb diet for 6 months.
Always ate 5 to 6 times a day (even more when i conceived my boys, i was a typical grazer), so 2 meals a day was very different.
With my boys i avoided aspartame and was a dairy addict. This time i took aspartame and only had one serving of dairy a day or skipped it.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
in total 19 weeks, with pauses in between from O - AF and one whole months due to birthdays and holiday.
Before our first attempt i was 7 weeks on diet. After first attempt i was off diet for 6 weeks although i tried to avoid meat as much as possible and skipped breakfast. I was not totally off diet. We skipped that month.
After that skipped month, after O i eased up on the diet and started the diet again at AF.

Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Increased alcohol intake a lot. Decreased red meat intake a bit. Skipped coffee.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week


DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details?
My diet was very limited and colorless.
Ate wraps, rice milk pancakes or white bread for lunch.
Ate pasta, rice, sushi, rice milk pancakes or noodles for dinner.
Hardly any fruit and vegetables (except in the period before our first attempt).
Drank around 0.75 liters of decaffeinated diet coke
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
Only at 1200kcal and exercise i lost weight quickly

Did factor exercise into my sway; 6 days a week 60 minutes of cardio.

At O day we used the first batch (which was exactly 24 hours later than the second release at the day before O)
No Big O for me.

Used cinnamon tablets.
In the month of BFP i dropped antihistamine and instead of SP i drank mint tea.

Lavender hand soap, shower gel and body lotion.
Salt rock lamp in living room and in the corridor upstair (0.5 meter from my bed)

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Very different diet as with my boys.
Was very relaxed the period of swaying as i was temporarily not working, and after the birth of my second i learnt to let things go (my ds2 learnt me that).
Lowest conception weight, lowest weight in ten years.
Was exhausted due to exercise (after the third day in a row i felt already super tired)
I felt really really hungry around O.
I O-ed in the evening and before that i managed to get my blood sugar low (really dizzy), as i only ate a light lunch and a small, low carb dinner.
Really declined fertility. With my boys i got pregnant after one attempt, now i had messed up cycles and spotting.
I discovered after O that i had my lunar ovulation (Jonas' method) the same time as my real ovulation.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
DH didn't change as much as i wanted him to do, but after all i think it's ok because he isn't very healthy (in my eyes he drinks to much, eats unhealthy and doesn't exercise at all). He also had HBP and medication for it.
I wasn't very strict during the 2WW, although i avoided meat and eggs and skipped breakfast.
Didn't loose as much weight as i wanted to.

Just confirmed from harmony test that we're having a daughter!

I have a question! What type of cardio were you doing and how many weeks before O were you doing it??

Thank you! At first i started running for an hour, but i got injured so i had to switch to cycling. Later i took an membership at the gym and alternated running outside, with indoor spinning, elliptical or at my bike at home.

I started 5/6 weeks before first attempt, i hardly exercised during every 2 ww though. I made sure to exercise through O. I even exercised during O, coincidently, i guess.

I also bought one of those walk away the pounds dvds I am going to try tonight and see how I do. I just want to make sure I can do something I can last an hour at.

with the power walking even though I am sweating and tired, I am not sure my heart rate gets up high enough?
