Gender Resulted - I am in the TWW so yet to confirm a + but wanted to see what you ladies think of our attempt?
Swaying Attempt - Natural, EGS (TBM, SU, GDC, MSU), High Tech (IUI, IUI/MS), details? -Natural
PH
CM pH - 7.6 with BSF
DH pH - 8.6
Baking soda douche -no
Baking soda on finger on attempt or week before - Yes. On day of attempt I did it an hour before maybe a bit less mixed with some pre seed. Added a touch after BD and again the next morning and throughout that day.
How did you use Pre-seed, and what was its PH? -Pre Seed with BS.
Egg whites used/type/pH -no
Big O -Yes just before and 2-3 x day the week leading up to O.
MINERALS - did not track.
Calcium - Only through vegetables and oat milk, I am dairy intolerant.
Magnesium -
Potassium -65mg supplement.
Sodium - Salted EVERYTHING and had a can of soup a day loaded with sodium.
DH minerals -

Dietary Changes -Same as me just not the soup he could not stand it lol.
Did you continue diet after attempt/ how long? -No, I need a break! LOL
DH caffeine consumption before BD day -Cut out caffeine completely yayyy for a good 8 weeks!
DH caffeine 1/2 hour or an hour before BD -yes, he had two huge cans of Monster.. poor fella he didn't get to sleep until after 3am he was BUZZING
HORMONES
Drinks -Lemon water daily, gelatine 3 x tablespoons a day.
Supplements -L-Arginine 1/4 teaspoon daily.
SUPPLEMENTS
Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) -yes
Robitussin/Guafanesin tablets -yes I took Vicks chesty cough syrup and so did hubby half hour before attempt.
Alka Seltzer Gold -no
Green Tea -I took one tablet a day.
Fertile-CM -no
False Unicorn -no
E -Yes, 500 iu 3X a day
Fish Oil -Yes, 1000 mg 2X a day
Folic Acid -yes, now know I was taking TOO MUCH!
Flaxseed Oil -Yes
Zinc - 22mg
Brewers Yeast - one tab a day
SYF's - Yes a tablepoon a day
Alfalfa -no
Others -
DH supps -Same as me although he did not take flaxseed, EPO or SYF's.

How close to O - I either ovulated that evening or through to the next day/evening.

Changed ions in other ways? - Lots of incense, wore my gold jewelllery, electric blanket on low, kept mobile phone on my tummy after BD and laptop on belly for a good 2 hours.
