Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I didn't find this website until a week before we TTC, so I didn't have much time to have my diet do much. I did basically try to LE diet, though not real strict - just tried to decrease my portion sizes and reduce my meat. However, it was during the Thanksgiving week and we had to celebrate two different days with the families so it was hard esp since everyone knows I eat a lot lol. I did skip breakfast (however did drink coffee with creamer) and tried not to snack. I did increase my calcium with milk and yogurt because I wasn't eating a lot of these when I conceived my boys.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

Did DH change his diet with you?

Comments regarding DH's diet-
My DH didn't change up his diet but I did get him to drink some Crystal light and diet pop....
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
Same as above. I am a huge eater with a high metabolism so I'm hoping that the big change for that week was a 'shock' to my system and hopefully worked....

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
With one of my boys I exercised a couple times a week, with my second I couldn't exercise much do to knee surgery. So this time I exercised everyday (almost) and did cardio with my heart rate high. Did not do cardio for an hour but eliminated all strength training.

With it only being my second month off BCP, I figured it might take a while to get my cycle back to normal so we started on CD 9 (2 days after AF stopped). DTD every other day for three days, missed the next one because of holidays, then O day DH hot shower, shallow, J&D.

Any additional supplement info?
I'm am very hesitant to put supplements in my body, esp those out of the 'normal' vitamins and minerals. I did take one Cal-mag supplement (as opposed to the 4) just to slightly up my calcium intake. (Didn't get as much calcium with boys). Am prescribed Xyzal for allergies but quit taking them at least 4 days before O - didn't want too many sway factors to eliminate chances of becoming pregnant.
Did you do anything with Ions?

No idea lol. Don't even know anything about Ions or moons.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Hot shower, shallow, J&D, Crystal light (1 glass) and feeling peace.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Not being on a diet very long, Dh not changing diet or exercise, husband's dad had 4 boys
Things worth mentioning:
My sway is terrible, but did just enough to make me feel good that I tried. Ultimately, I believe it is up to God! I feel there is a reason we completely changed our 2 kids plan, despite trying hard to stick with it. We finally let go and prayed that God's Will be done. If we got pregnant this month, than it was meant to be, if not we were done and DH was going to get snipped. God have mercy on us! If it is a boy then well, he was meant to be and we'll love him!
