Option A:
Maintain a low-level weight loss over the course of months. Eating somewhat LE, but including meat and not necessarily skipping breakfast for blood sugar. Dropping a pound every few weeks eating this way. Then TTC.
Option B:
Maintaining a steady weight eating somewhat LE but including meat and breakfast eating. Then switching to more rapid weight loss (1lb a week or so) in the two months leading up to TTC.
I *can* do both. But I feel it would be harder mentally to aim for both. Considering we aren't really sure when we are planning to sway exactly (I change my mind a lot). This wouldn't be the only sway factor, but the others would be pretty much the same no matter which LE diet option we went for. In the two months leading to TTC, I would drop the meat (most of it) and start skipping breakfast. I am really just looking for what people think might be more pink-like in regards to the slower weight loss versus maintaining and then dropping more rapidly.
