Does being dehydrated or low in hydration sway a certain way?

I am guessing it would mean less EWCM, and could alter your glucose/sodium levels?

I agree with TTC5 on the EWCM ... since your mucous is made up of water, the less you drink, the less you should have.

I never drink enough,i always wait until im dying of thirst before i drink.I maybe drink 16oz of water a day which cannot be good but yet still have no problems in the ewcm area.I was wondering if it maybe prevented absorbtion of certain nutrients because it certainly did not sway pink for me lol maybe my love for carbs cancelled out the swaying pink.

That is interesting Queen! I have 2 DD's and drink a TON, though it was never water, almost always diet sodas. I would drink 6-8 a day! Gross. I'm SO glad I stopped that habit. Anyhow I did eat a ton of carbs as well but many of them were unhealthy ... like candy, cupcakes, etc.
Maybe Atomic will have a thought on this. I think it is a good question.

People who have about a 50/50 boy or girl friendly diet tend to get 40% of their daily water needs from foods... even a whopper and fries has water in it. For those who have 3-4 meals a day some of the needs are being met. So not drinking any extra water will not kill you but can still be dangerous... why I chose to drink crystal light 3x's a day and thinking of making noodles with water (AKA homemade top raman)

It could potentially sway pink by drying up CM but I think you'd have to be REALLY dehydrated for tht to work.
I really urge you guys not to mess around with hydration levels because you're messing around with your electrolyte levels to begin with (cal, mag, sod, pot) and it is not safe.

Atomic im really trying to drink MORE water and was just curious if maybe not drinking much in the past effected me somehow.I agree nobody should try to mess with hydration levels at all.

Oh, I'm sorry, I wasn't directing that at you but any random person who read this thread and thought, hmmm, maybe I should stop drinking water to dry up CM or semething like that. No one needs to do that, the antihistamine will accomplish that!
