Any Diet Details?
I had a stomach bug the month we conceived, so wasn't eating as much as I usually do -- I actually lost a few pounds. However, I tried my best to eat plenty of protein and meats, lots of healthy fats and fruits and veggies, and not restrict myself in any way (but not go crazy over-eating, either).
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
During the 2 ww, I also tried to eat frequently, lots of carbs and high-sugar things to keep my general BS elevated.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
Weight dropped slightly by a pound or two the month we conceived. I wasn't measuring on a scale, but could tell by the way my clothes were fitting. Weight is approximately 125-128 lbs.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Exercise routine unchanged, I am an avid runner and stuck with it, running approximately 3-4 times a week, anywhere from 4-6 miles each time.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I think I really nailed the BD, and I had glorious fertile, stretchy CM.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Diet was ok, but I lost weight this month because of the stomach bug I had. Also I never added weight-training to my exercise regimen.

I've updated this elsewhere, but thought I would put it here as well for good measure. We got our Harmony prenatal test results back, and it's a BOY! Yay! I don't think this was the most rigorous of sways in the world, and maybe it would have been a boy anyway, but it's nice to feel like I did something to actively try to tweak it, and that this something might have actually done the trick. Thank you again, ALL OF YOU, for all of the amazing advice and suggestions I received! (And good luck to everyone else who's trying; maybe my sway attempt will help someone else, who knows).
