I think at 16 weeks it's probably most likely that the gender is not going to "change"...but I do hope it happens for you.

I was told boy at 18 weeks......but it was a private scan. My hospital scans were all correct about her being a girl....I would trust an experienced tech at the 16-18 week mark though.

I TOTALLY understand that. There is always an outside chance that the tech was having a bad day or something along those lines but it's always best to prepare that it's a boy - mine was (and BTW I would not trade him for 10 million girls). Huge ((((hugs)))).

Thanx atomic even my husbands in denial as she thought before she even started that 16 weeks was too early as she's made mistakes before at that stage but I'm trying not to get my hopes up if u know what mean xx

Its possible but I don't think very common at all, I have seen girls turn into boys on forums but I haven't come across a boy turn into a girl.. Boys are the bomb anyways so congrats on your lil guy :)
