13 week nub? Boy or girl?

I just had an ultrasound yesterday for NT screening and was given this picture. The tech didnt say anything about gender and I thought it was too early to tell but then thought I could see something. First, I'm not quite sure which part is nub... Is it between feet or under closest foot? Also do you think it is a boy/girl?

You cant see a nub But the skull looks boy to me. Bit wouldn't by blue on it!
