I've been swaying for a boy for 4 cycles & was doing the boy diet for 2 months before. With all the potatoes, salt, meat... I've been eating my weight has gradually crept on & I now need to lose some weight so I don't have to go out & buy new clothes. Is this likely to affect my sway? Any help appreciated?

Thank you

It's tough...i have been swaying forever & put on 20lbs.
I think those of us who are natural pink swayers put on the weight easier.
I think the essay "eat smarter not harder for blue" is very helpful & Atomic has mentioned the Perfect Health Diet. Their is a website with the basic info.
I feel your pain, I have a closet full of clothes that don't fit and still no baby!

Keep up your protein and cut down on carbs...the "bad" carbs like potatoes or bread don't actually have any nutritional value.

oh shoot I'm sorry I did see this and then must have closed the page wtihout hitting send. I have a full essay on this in the Dream Members section called "Eating Smarter, not Harder for Blue" and it's also included in the 21 day meal plan for blue (along with a lot of other good stuff!)

The first thing I would do is try increasing exercise - add in cardio 30 minutes 4-5 days a week.

Cut juice and focus on coconut water, lemon water, and fresh fruit/veg instead.

Also, drop breads/pasta/potatoes (seriously, there is NOTHIGN magic for making boys from potatoes and they can make you gain in a hurry) and get your carbs for your protein + carbs from fruit and vegetables instead.

I personally don't evne think salt sways blue so I would def. cut that back to sensible amounts.
