In an effort to consolidate the list of recommended swaying supplements and aids for TTC Blue, we have created an Amazon store with al of our recommended products. Amazon ships worldwide for the most part so hopefully this works for everyone!

If I were to find the genetic brands of this stuff, would that work too? They have a huge vitamin section at the 99 cent store by my house. I don't know if the quality would be the same but just curious!

Yes generic brands work too BUT the stuff at the dollar store is NOT recommended. Some of it comes from countries where oversight is not good and when it was tested, a lot of it turned out to have ineffective or even dangerous ingredients. I would stick with names you recognize and if going generic, make sure it's like a grocery store brand and not "Bob's Herb Shoppe of Topanga Canyon"

The flaxseed makes me nervous. Otherwise it looks great, if you're careful not to use it during pregnancy and you're doing fish oil too, it's ok

Atomic, I saw a link to this article The Stork 'condom' that is cheaper than IVF but just as effective | Daily Mail Online (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-3900948/The-100-condom-4-900-cheaper-IVF-just-effective-helped-hundreds-couples-conceive.html)
Would this be something that swayed blue, seems like by getting the sperm so near the cervix it might be useful ?

No, unfortunately, I looked into that and if you read the reviews on Amazon and some other fertility sites, it sounds like it doesn't work about 70% of the time. The thing actually breaks in the middle. People ended up missing months entirely (because their whole batch got "lost" in the Stork!!) This could be disastrous for those swaying blue since they're going for 3 or more attempts - if some of those attempts are lost due to the Stork breaking in mid-encounter, that could end up being 1 attempt which has good success for pink.
thank you so much for pointing it out, though - not only because it could have been helpful, but also because I was able to explain why it probably isn't! :) Sometimes I forget to call these things to everyone's attention so I am glad for the opportunity.

My computer won't open...anyone have some free time to list the most important ones?

There really are no "most important" ones.
Just try to eat healthy, nutritious foods that don't have bunches of soy in them. :)

Well, soy is not that bad but i agree, fresh and healthy food (proteins and carbs) would work much better.

Hi there. I have a question. I tried to conceive for boy last year. I used the best products. I researched about every brand before buying anythin from them. I did my best to follow HE diet too. At the end, I conceived a girl. Why did that happen? Do you have any idea about that? When does products fail to help?
Swaying does not guarantee you a boy. No product you use, food you eat or BD pattern you follow can guarantee you that. If we all have a roughly 50% chance of having a boy you may have successfully shifted those odds to say 65% chance of a boy. That is a successful sway that will still result in a girl 35% of the time. This is likely just what happened in your case.

Yes it is.
bad for fertility and bad for boys.
If you're swaying blue, use soy at your own risk. I cannot recommend soy at any more than 2-3 times per week for any blue swayer.

I normally use soy sauce in cooking. Is it bad for the sway?

No there is none of the soy protein and oil that may affect a sway negatively. Soy sauce is fine for blue!
Great question bTW

This is a pretty old thread and I think we've moved away from this idea. There are simply too many different products available out there on the market, they're constantly being changed and reformulated and it would be a full time job keeping up to date on them. Please post any product you want to buy and I"ll check it for you and tell you if it's good or not.

I generally recommend Women's One a Day (just the regular women's vitamin, it's orange) because I like the breakdown of nutrients in it, it's affordable, and widely available. Centrum is another option. Try to avoid the types of vitamins that have megadoses of nutrients (more than 100% of anything but folic acid/folate or Vit. D) or added herbs in them.
