View Full Version : Confused about the Dairy Aspect of the LE Diet

Hey Ladies,
My first post on here even though I've been reading and following for many months. I've started the LE Girl Sway Diet as of this week. Hubs and I will be trying for the first time on my Feb ovulation. The diet is going well I think so far, but I'm a bit confused surrounding the Dairy aspect of it. How can it be "LOW" Everything with so much Dairy intake? Dairy is loaded with protein, fats, calories, sodium, potassium, etc. They always say in general if you want to lose weight to stay away from anything "white"... ie dairy, milk, cheese, cream, white sauces, white bread, flour, rice, etc... but supposedly this girl diet is tons of that stuff, yet you're still supposed to lose weight and maintain "low" everything? How??
Furthermore, milk as it's very basic level is the sustainer of animal life. It's what every "baby" anything needs to fatten up and be healthy, to grow. I can't understand how dairy of all things would send your body the message of "hard times" when it's the staple in which we all were raised on as babies. If anything I would assume high dairy intake would send your body the message of lots of fats, proteins, nutrients, vitamins, minerals, etc... That you were getting the things your baby needs most. (which supposedly is best for blue) I'm sure I'm missing something but I can't seem to wrap my head around that. Please help me understand.
Thanks!

I responded on the other thread but dairy is NOT a big part of the LE Diet. Not sure where you are reading that info. Dairy is not a free food, skim dairy should be used and only in moderation for LE.

I replied back to you on the other but pasting it here as well. :) Thanks again for the reply!
Thank you for your reply... but now i'm even more confused. Everything I've read seems to push the whole "lots of calcium" & lots of dairy, low sodium, low potassium, low protein. I've found these gender sway Tiers on tons of forums & sites just by googling gender sways and it seems all the girl sways focus on heavy dairy.
Also, I do consume only Skim dairy... the lowest I can find, but I've read literally TONS of information over the months supporting heavy dairy in girl sway diets.

the LE Diet is NOT BASED on dairy intake. The LE Diet is a diet that I myself invented in 2011 and have fine tuned over the last 2 years based on the Trivers Willard hypothesis (the idea that when times are good moms have more boys). LE Diet has nothing to do with minerals, it's about maternal condition.
All other gender swaying diets are based on the French Gender Diets and stuff involving pH. Those are the ones that are about dairy, etc. I allow for people who want to include some dairy in LE Diet simply because I know some people want to do that, but it's not my personal preference and I got my girl with the least amount of dairy I've ever eaten in my life. This is not meant to be "gender swaying atomic's way or nothing", it's meant to be a diet that helps people to include as many sway tactics as they want, even the ones I don't happen to believe in.
Re the "white" foods, fact is calories in = calories out and if you eat less food, you lose weight regardless of what "they" say. It is TOTALLY possible to lose weight eating stuff like that and studies in animals have shown the gender ratio is altered when animals get a higher % of their calories from carbs than from protein and fat. Those foods are less nutritious and also can affect most people's blood sugar in such a way that it helps their pink sways. Some people who have PCOS or insulin resistance don't do as well on the white carbs and they are better off doing whole grains.

That is because ALL other gender swaying sites base their diets on one old diet from the 70's that was based on an idea that is biologically wrong. The ONLY new diet info or thinking in the last is on this site. Everything else all springs from the same place and so it's all in agreement, but it's not because all those sites did their own investigation and studies and drew the same conclusions. All the other sites simply accept that diet as fact and then go on from there.
I have a discussion of why I think the FGD is inaccurate here:

Thanks Atomic! :) I appreciate your help in pointing me in the right direction... So, what now? I'm only a week into the current "diet" I'm on (lost about 5 pounds this week though so that's good LOL) so it's not too late to change it up. We haven't started trying yet so if you could help advise me I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm not sure where to start or go from here.

Ok thanks! I'll do that; purchased a personalized plan. :) At least I know I'm not completely crazy or uneducated not to question the richness of dairy... I knew something about that didn't quite add up to me. ;)

Here are a couple introductory LE Diet posts that may help:

It's hard for me to know where to begin with real general q's (simply because there's just so much ground to cover), so this may help get you started and then hit me with whatever specific q's you have! :)

Not at all, that was the first thing that I questioned too! :)
Thank you, looking forward to working with you!

Thank you, I will review those. Do I need to continue in this thread or you will start a new one for the personalized I purchased? Just not sure how that works and don't wanna bomb you with posts all over the place.

If you purchase it, there are 2 questionnaires to fill out so we can create your plan. There is a link that opens up entitled Access to.... in that forum section.

Once you fill out the questionniare it takes me about 7 days to get your plan back to you and if you have any q's in the meantime, you can ask them in the forums if they're general info or by PM or in the private forums for custom swayers for personal q's. Only you and I can see questions you post in the custom forum and private messages are by nature, private. :)

Forms completed and submitted, although I had issues submitting the second of the 2... Kept giving me some sort of error and then finally went through. So, hope you got them both! Let me know if not so I can re-do. Otherwise, looking forward to the awaited plan. :giggle:
