B6 and B12 taken as super B-complex; made sure to stop the ones during 2WW that I read was important to do so; DH took caffeine "shot" before attempts; I took low

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
V8 juice one per day, plenty of beef, eggs, foods high in potassium (bananas ,potatoes,etc), foods high in fats especially healthy fats like nuts and avocados, kept blood sugar elevated in the 2WW; increased calorie intake and gained weight

3 months

No

plenty of beef and eggs, healthy fats, juices but still well-balanced with veggies etc

he had a caffeine "shot" with 5-hour energy about 30min or so before; not too hot a shower, boxers only, etc; I took guaifenesin extra dose approx. 30min before attempt also
