I hate to say it but I guess girl for two reasons. One is it looks less than 30 degrees relative to the spine and also it has the "fork" at the end and many believe this indicates girl. I'm sorry if you wanted to hear boy and yay if you wanted to hear girl. Either way I hope you get the gender you are hoping for.

Praying in pink, are you sure that's a fork? It looks like the classic 2 boy dots to me! I can see how it may be a bit tricky, b/c the nub is longish like a girl but has the 2 dot boy rise...it doesn't look like a fork to me at all! It looks very much like the example boy nubs on here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ultrasound-gender-prediction/29040-before-your-nt-scan-learn-what-look-lesson-boy-girl-nubs-inside.html.

ETA: I just compared this nub to my DS3's and the angle is the same (my DS3's nub was from late in the 12th week). I got 50/50 boy and girl guesses with his. Now, the OP's is a tiny bit longer than my DS3's but the 2 dot/2 lines above the end screams penis to me lol!!!
