My potassium is coming up super low everyday despite trying to fit it in and stay within all my ranges. What should I do?! Should I take a supplement?! I feel like it is so hard to reach a good potassium level on the LE diet. Am I just doing it wrong?!

Yoghurt and mushrooms are good sources of potassium. Bananas and beans are too - these are fine in moderation (fit in with your calorie/protein targets for the day)

Coconut water is supposed to be good for potassium too

if only coconut water was tasty...uck. I normally put it in my smoothies though.
I am allergic to bananas and lactose intolerant so no yogurt.

Mrs Dash has a lot of potassium. Its usually recommended as a sodium sub for cardiac patients, but it can make potassium higher if they aren't on a potassium depleting diuretic. lol Sorry, I'm strange. Anyway, Mrs. Dash should cut it, lol.

Are you sure it's really that low though?? Potassium does not have to be legally listed on packaging and so there are many foods that have tons of it but you don't know you're getting it. And MFP does not include potassium data on many foods that have it. I would check out Self.com because they do have potassium for most foods.
Also, I think the addition of a coconut water is the best way to get a lot of potassium for very few calories. Potassium supps are ok (and I actually took them when I was swaying because I am really sensitive to low potassium) but I think it's always best for people to try to get it from diet instead of supplement.

There are a couple of coconut waters out there that are better tasting - that is why I recommend the Taste Nirvana kind. It tastes kinda good versus like a monkey's armpit LOL.
Most people who are lactose intolerant actually can have yogurt with active cultures, because the microorganisms digest the lactose. If it upsets your stomach of course you know your body better than I do, but a lot of people just assume they can't have it because of the LI when really they can handle it. My mom wouldn't eat yogurt for like 10 years and finally I got her to try some and she eats it all the time now. (we are both lactose intolerant)

oh really?! Yogurt has always turned my stomach but I think it is from the texture! haha
I didn't know that foods didn't need to label potassium so perhaps I am getting enough then. I won't worry as much.
Totally going to check out that mrs. dash stuff, I love seasonings on everything.
Thanks!
