Sounds like a good plan but you can't take vitex while on clomid. You could take it the months prior to your first TTC attempt throughout the whole cycle but would have to stop it when AF arrives for your clomid cycle. Good luck! When are you planning on TTC?

I was just going to say that - I think acidophilus sways blue, too. Otherwise it looks good! Are you taking the clomid just for swaying purposes? Was it hard to get from a German dr? I know a great online pharmacy that stocks it but they won't ship to Germany!

I think that Atomic says the calcium/magnesium supp isn't recommended in a girl sway anymore. When I first came to this site, I went out and purchased those 2 supps and started taking them and she informed me that they aren't part of girl swaying anymore. unless of course you have a deficiency, then they should be taken. As for the iron, I'm not sure about that.

Meine Ärztin hat gesagt es sieht nach einem Pärchen aus und heute war ich bei einer anderen die mir bestätigt hat dass das führende baby ein mädchen ist, bei dem zweiten hat sie leider nicht geschaut.

Viel Erfolg dir!

Do not do the acidophilus, we got terrible results for that and I now use it for blue sways with 80% success.

I don't recommend RepHrehs with Clomid and while a little bit for a lube is probably ok, RepHresh is a terrible lube though.

BD every 2 days will not end up being one attempt in the fertile window - just wanted to let you know that. While of course after a few months on Clomid you should def. add more than one attempt, I would want to start off doing just one at pos OPK for best odds of pink. :) Good luck.

Some people still want to take them though and I do understand why because I did the exact same thing when I got DS 4 - even tho I knew in my gut that calcium simply couldn't sway for me because I always ate tons of dairy and had taken cal/Vit. D supps with my 3rd son, I got scared.

The OP and I have talked about this already and so I figure that if she's keepign the cal-mag in, it's because she wants it there. :)
