Can anyone guess my sister's baby's gender?

Hi I'm new here so hello to you all!! My sister had her 12 week ultrasound yesterday and she was 12 weeks plus 3 days. Can anyone tell us what the sex is? Ultrasound tech said she didn't know but it's a pretty good nub shot.

Thanks everyone. That's what I thought from looking at other photos. Plus I've got a major feeling it will be a girl. I have two boys so it will be cute to have a little girl in the family. Either way it's her first so a boy would be good too.
