Trying and I am over 40!!!

I am gonna try 1 more time. I was 40 in Sept 13. What all is advisable to do for a 40 year old!!!
I am giving my DH OLE!! He is against this all because it didn't work last time!!! I am gonna try exercise this time!! thanks everyone!!

Hey there I'm a swaying newbie so don't have much advice but GL with everything!! I would love to have such a large family, I bet your house is a lot of fun! :) I'm 36 so not too far behind u ;) I see you just had a baby, which means you got PG at 39...I'm sure 39 is not much different from 40. From what I've read 43 is when things start to get a lot harder for some reason. I hope you get your girl!

Hi, I'm 43 and pregnant with my third. Did a modified pink sway with Atomics help so its definitely possible. DH was on folic acid and OLE, I was taking higher dose of folic, fibre and COQ 10. We were advised to have DH release every 2-4 days due to his age (44) and have one positive attempt on night of +opk.
I didn't do the intense exercise as don't have the time, but I had lost some weight due to the LE diet.

In the RCSI unit of the Rotunda hospital in Dublin. Professor Malone does it. 550euros and took less than a week for results :)

Peb I'm totally with you on trying exercise next time round. I'm going to see how the OLE stats go this year but I'm definitely considering it for DH. Will you be buying a plan from Atomic?
