TTC a Girl Sway Attempt

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
stayed under 1500 cals but closer to 1200 usually
watched protein and fat but not sodium
tried to go longer between meals till I got really hungry
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
I started loosely July 1st trying to lose weight slowly for an Oct attempt since I only had about 5lbs to lose total, then was more strict in the last month/weeks with longer breaks between calories/meals, less food, and fewer nutrients when I ate.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
no red meat
spinach salads at lunch nearly every day
soy milk several times a week
drinks green tea
less bananas
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
1-2 meals a day
no snacking
17-20 hrs after eating at night until next day calories
got a some calcium from diet
lots of carbs

drank 2-3 cans of dr pepper or coca cola a day

started at 95-96lbs in July

Any additional comments?
I ov'd cd13. Since I'm pretty sure we attempted within 12-18 hrs of ov, I marked O day. Had a negative opk at 9pm on cd11. Got a positive opk at 7:30am on cd12. We attempted at 9pm on cd12 and based on pains immediately after/thru the night (and my history) I'm guessing I ov'd by the afternoon on cd13.

I wanted H to release daily but he didn't apparently. He thinks the last time he did was a couple days before our attempt. I stayed down for 5 mins then eliminated the rest. It was a pretty shallow attempt because I wiped a lot away just laying there.

Any additional supplement info?
I was on vitex for 5mo but stopped the cycle before attempt. Then I started SP for 3 wks straight. I take benedryl every night anyway and took zyrtec during the day. I took 2-4 fiber/chitosan pills a day. I opted for cranberry rather than aspirin, taking 2-4 a day in the cycle of attempt. I took 2 sudafed the day of attempt only.
H only took cranberry since I thought LR would be too much for him.
Did you do anything with Ions?
Diffused lavender ess oil next to bed. Took 2 hot showers a day, including immediately before and after the attempt. Kept fan on in our room. Had fan on me directly for 2 hrs after attempt. I painted my nails and then removed it several times leading to attempt.

I read through so many of the sways trying to find successful ones that were close to what I was able to do. Those were invaluable. And thanks to anyone who answered my questions, especially Atomic.
I'm 13 wks now and I had a fetal DNA blood test that determined it is a girl! I'm ecstatic :)
