atomic what do you think about eating a little prunes (which I hate, but oh well) for potassium? I need to still have things on the acidic side because my pH is in the mid 5's still.

First of all I would not worry one iota about a pH in the fives (at ovulation) for a pink sway.

Secondly, your health comes first and of all the things you should take seriously, potassium is number one because it can KILL you.

I am concerned that prunes are going to make you move your bowels more and will contribute to you losing potassium.

They do sell potassium supps over the counter in very small amounts, like 1-3% of the daily value. I normally don't like blue swayers to take potassium but I think it's warranted in your case, if you really don't want to try the coconut water/bananas.
