Sorry to double post!
What is everyone having for breakfast?
I really hate eating breakfast and I'm struggling to come up with ideas. I don't like eggs. I've been going peanut butter on wheat toast with orange pineapple juice and a little turkey bacon OR a bowl of Wheaties with Stevia.

In the Dream Member section I started a thread just listing off Boy Breakfasts that I came up with.
What are you using for milk on your wheaties??? I hope it has some protein.
:agree: on the PB toast.

Well, with the Wheaties I am using either 2% milk or half and half. Probably way more calcium than IG recommends but I know there are differing theories on that. That rice milk crap is just awful though.

Gizmo raisins are good for potassium/alkaline but they don't have much protein. If you want protein with oatmeal (a serving alone has about 6g) I would rec cooking it with milk, or adding milk!
I eat eggs and bacon and fruit. Pretty much the same thing every am! 4 slices of bacon and 2 eggs, with bananas and apples and oranges. I also drink a big ol' glass of juice :-)

I cook the oatmeal with milk that's how I grow up . Tryed with water and can't stand it. it's like a wet dog http://i835.photobucket.com/albums/zz280/Atlantis4Life/smiley_argh.gif ( sorry for ppl who like it here)
But use whole milk!

I eat:
1. Oat flakes with banana and full fat yogurt ( 1/2 cup) - yogurt is great source of Potassium, too bad it contains Calcium as well :p
2. Whole grain bread with butter, salami and tomato
3. Eggs (scrambled?) with tomatoes again
4. Toast with an excellent spread I believe is totally boy friendly ( blend tomatoes and the same number of garlic clovers- for e- 4 tomatoes, 4 garlic clovers, olive oil, origano, basil and oversalt it with sea salt  put salami on the top for proteins
5. Chips ( only if I don't have time, which is quite often  )

It's delicious! It's even better with feta cheese, so once you get BFP, try it that way! Enjoy and bon appetite! http://yoursmiles.org/psmile/profession/p0101.gif (http://yoursmiles.org/p-profession.php?page=)

Oh and I forgot to post my boy breakfast...1/2 c of walnuts, almonds or cashews with dates, dry apricots, or an apple or orange!
I sometimes ate 4 oz of cheese with the fruit instead, and when avocados are cheap I would mash an avocado with salsa and eat that for breakfast.

What Begonia said plus raisins/grapes have other phytonutrients in them that are good for TTC boy.
Oatmeal by itself has protein and then if you put a little bit of milk on it, it's a complete protein with all the amino acids in it.

I have my oatmeal with milk! I'm not worried about my calcium intake, it has always been low anyways. LOL The raisins give the oatmeal an added flavor too ;) I have this EVERY day.
