Had a ultrasound at 14 weeks today and the tech still wouldn't say, but says she saw three white lines that look like labia, said she didn't really see any boy parts. How accurate is this at 14 weeks?

It can be accurate but I have also witnessed lots of people being told the wrong gender at that stage (going by potty shot). Girl parts can look like tiny penises and boy parts (scrotum) can have 3 lines while penis is hiding (depends on the angle). Don't buy anything until your "big u/s". The best time for finding gender out is between 18-22 weeks. They are developed enough at that point to clearly see, but after 22 weeks baby starts putting on fat and things start getting squished.
