I am 3 weeks until our attempt. I have been doing cardio 6x a week but I am poorly :( my son is poorly too. I am worried it will mess my sway if I only get to exercise a few times this week. Ive been doing it for 3 weeks. My eating isn't great either as im craving vitamins etc.. I assume as my body needs them to repair. Pls tell me it wont sway blue! X

It happens, it's ok! Just regroup and start again when you're feeling up to it.

Atomic!!! I have gained weight 2lbs. I am sticking to le best as poss though.
Will 2 weeks of exercise be enough for my attempt? Is that better than nothing? So id have done 3 weeks of constant cardio, almost a week poorly and then 2 weeks back exercising?

I am certain I can loose the weight again and more before our attempt x

Short of a crystal ball, I just can't say what is enough. Personally I think being ill can help a pink sway and I don't have data to say about the exercise. If you are going to regret forever if you ttc and get an opposite, skip it but do keep it in mind that you may skip a good month in favor of a month that is not an improvement.

If you're over38 you need to be in with attempt if at all possible because you never know when it's the last fresh egg in the carton

We're still going to go for it. We're not guaranteed to conceive anyway and my son is 2 in a week so the gaps just getting bigger. Im almost 33 so age isn't an issue just yet. I am going to try and get back to the gym tomorrow even if its just a slow paced hour on the bike to not knock me back 10 paces.
Honestly I've id have ov'd this week id have had a girl no issues my body has been that batteted by the flu! X
