Hi there I've just had my baby and am currently breastfeeding to reduce asthma in him and want another baby asap! I like em close, I'm trying to remember how I conceived my only girl? She is 3 rd in I have 5 in total four boys.. I remember falling accidentally with her being when I breastfed my son when he was 3 months old... I also was on evening primrose oil... To level my hormones at the time as was so moody... So wondering if this is how I fell with her I want to try those methods again thinking I will fall with another girl or any new methods to try and get a girl for my daughter it's all she dreams about is a sister with her having mild cerebal palsy I want her dream for her too... The only bad thing is partner won't shove for coffee please reply with no shortening words as I'm not there yet lol many thanks for reading look forward to you replying if you can

Hi and welcome!

I do think that quick spacing between kiddos can help sway pink and also I do think that evening primrose oil taken ALONE without fish oil to balance it, may sway pink. I ususally use EPO for blue sways but always WITH fish oil. I haven't experimented yet with EPO alone for pink but just wanted you to know that it is something I consider to possibly be a pink sway tactic.

Oh brill! So glad that this may be a tactic that may work the only other thing im worried about is the fact im on and off bleeding so how can I sway for a girl? I'm wondering wherever try have intercourse every 4 days will this work well? What do you recommend? And should I be on a diet for particular foods for me and hubby or any other vitamins to help along the way many thanks for your reply! Much appreciated here xxx

Well, if you're still bleeding, then you're prob. not fertile yet anyway and your body will take care of that for you - once fertility returns then the bleeding will stop (and not necessarily in that order LOL)

I do think that the intercourse every 4 day method can be a good one to ensure you get pg quickly. Just unprotected sex every 4 days and eventually the egg will show up and you're assured of one attempt in fertile window that way.

It's really weird because I'm bleeding for about 10 mins every couple of days or more! It's confusing :/ so does that mean I'm not ovulating yet? And does every four days away pink more? Least then I know now that I'm in the window... Just so dreaming pink right now i really wish I get this right! Right for our only girls wish too that is!

no, every 4 days does not sway pink, but one attempt in the fertile window DOES, and by DTD every 4 days you are ensured that in most cases you have only one viable attempt in the fertile window.

then it's totally normal for you to still be bleeding.

There are quite a few options for frequency, but most of them may be difficult for you guys to do because you don't even know if/when you're ovulating. That is why I suggest having a unprotected attempt every 4 days, because that way when the egg shows up, no matter what you will be in with only one attempt in fertile window. One attempt has gotten us 75% success for pink.

Hi all I'm ovulating! I do a test every morning was negative yesterday done one at 8am today and was positive done one again at 10am today and still a little positive but fading... I DTD Friday afternoon 12midday (14th march) and is now Tuesday 18th wondering if will work for my pink sway have lost weight too about a stone going from nearly 9 stone too 8 stone 4lb... I need help as don't know weather I should do the o+12 or not? As I bathed twice after DTD since today. HELP! I also took evening primrose only 1 tab yesterday 17th and one tab 16th after DTD as I wasn't ovulating until today as I though would bring it on like last time... And it did I've being having a lot of cm over the 3-4 days going from greenish to now ew.. and now today I got the Bfp on my opk... I had ovulating pain on my left which is my only tube then had some twinges in my right slightly fading a bit now advice please x

Oh and btw think it helped as I've stopped breastfeeding too been weaning him off from 2 weeks ago... Still have a little milk so wondering to latch him on if I don't get pregnant when I test in about 5 plus days

If you last had sex on Friday you have little to no odds of conception today. Have one more attempt.

But won't that lean a boy sway if I done another attempt today? Shouldn't I leave until +12 hours after ovulation I done a test at 8am had pains too so figured that was the time roughly so based on a rough time what time do you think I should do at +12 and does shettles method work... Or should I wait until next month?

I now have a negative opk shouldn't I get a positive for at least 24 hours?

The positive OPK just means you had a surge of leutenizing hormone (spelling?) The egg drops 24-48 hours after that, regardless of how long the OPK is positive for.

I would keep up the breastfeeding. It sways pink!

We don't do o+12 here really, it's an old school sway and will take you forever to get pg

Well I know I must of ovulated around 8am yesterday as cervical mucus is nearly gone my cp is going a bit high I've now started feeding him again and going to try +12 method tonight at minimum 8pm with that being 36 hours from ovulated fingers crossed! If not least I know I should ovulate around the 16th April next month plus the 15th April is a full moon hehe!

Hi all sorry to keep going on! It's CD 23 I just done a pregnancy test 2 days ago (CD21) as I've been having a lot of weird things happening BUT to my shock i see the most faintest line! but if I ovulated on CD18 and DTD on CD14 & CD19/PM surely this is too early right? Im concerned I'm also have twitches on my left hand side near my ovary's/Fallopian tubes and also sometimes little ones on my right and also have a lot of white/yellow CM Atm someone?

I know some people are having some problems with faint lines on certain brands of tests, even when they're defiantly not pregnant so maybe try a different brand or retest in a few days. 😊
