Hi all!
So, I'm all so new to this and can't wait to do everything to sway pink, but I'm also wondering about timing...as in how long should we follow diets, take supps etc for before it's "safe" to ttc a girl?
We are concerned about having to wait too long as we're trying to work it all around time off work, study, annual holidays, and our age! :worry:
Any advice and stories would be great!
Thanx

I think the diet is what takes longer, I would read Atomic's essay on LE as I can't remember how long you have to be in it for, if you are doing the diet, that is. As for the other factors, it really depends on what you are incorporating into your sway. I know some women have Vitex for months before trying. I guess it has to be a compromise between time and how soon you want to be pregnant, and if you are bordering 40 like I was when I started, I wouldn't wait too long. My whole sway took about 3-4 months. Wishing you luck and lots of pink dust.

Hi mumofsix I have your questionnaire and will get your plan back to you as quickly as I can.
There are a lot of variables that come into play - I generally ahve people aim for 6 weeks of diet before TTC, and the first couple months most want to do a stricter sway (so they can feel they've left no stone unturned) that ends up in BFN for 95% of people and then that gives you a bit longer on diet at well.
Age is something I take very seriously and if you are over 35, over 38, or over 40 (or all of the above LOL) I have different instructions because we have less and less time to play around with as we get older. And real life trumps swaying - swaying needs to fit into your life, and not the other way around. No one should ever arrange their life and family's needs around a sway!
