Hi ladies! Your advice would be GREATLY appreciated. So after several light positive BFPs that never got darker-a dropping temp and now brown spotting I'm throwing in the towel this month.dh is traveling right around the time I'm to ovulate again.I think if I keep taking the progesterone caps I may be able to hold back full blown AF for a couple days.if I stop it completely I can double up on EPO and hope that I ovulate before the 19th.I usually ovulate between cd17-23 and its always different each month.
Nov I ovulated Cd 17
dec-cd22
jan-cd20

UGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!! What would you do?

Yes to the prog, no to the EPO, I would leave the EPO out all together because I think that will only serve to delay O.

Oh sh*t! I thought EPO brought on ovulation earlier! Ive been taking the Progesterone since about 6DPO.seems like its holding back AF.ive just had brown spotting the last 2 days.that's not normal for me.So continue the Progesterone? I'm all messed up now!

Doesnt Progesterone sway pink?

that is one utterly unproven (and quite frankly biologically implausible) theory and I would not worry aobu tit one bit.

Full blown horribly heavy AF. I think my chances would be better if I try to delay ovulation.how much EPO should I take?

Normal amount, I would not have you take any more than 500 mg becasue if you get too much of it, it might sway pink. Hopefully it will delay ov.

Thank u! Any suggestions on how I could encourage an earlier ovulation? In the last 6 months the earliest ive ovulated was Cd 17.this only happened 2 out of the 6 times

Hmmm when I used fertilecm it made me ovulate late so I could try that to delay ovulation but I really don't want to do that

IME it's much easier to delay O than to bring it forward (without prescription drugs, of course). Unfortunately most of the O delay tactics I know of sway pink. What about B6? I've heard of that delaying O...not sure on dose, though.

I read eleuthero (Siberian ginseng) can help balance hormones & regulate ovulation.I think it sways blue but not 100%
