Hello everyone,
Happy weekend.
I am new to swaying and my DH and I are going to start trying in April. Hopefully a :DD:.
We currently have three sons and we want to have one more. We will happy and blessed with either.
Currently I am eating tons of cheese, yogurt, chicken and rice. I am working out 6 days a week for over an hour. I rink about 2 diet cokes a day, I hope that's ok. If not I can stop that.
DH is drinking diet soda. We haven't started any supplements, but we are this week.
I am at a healthy weight, not terribly skinny, but not overweight at all.

Any advice would be amazing

Hi! I'm new too and hoping for a girl. I can't give much advice on your diet as I've read so much and I'm confused about it all too! I've just ordered a custom plan from atomic so can't wait to get that so I have something to follow that's personalised for me! :)

What you're doing looks pretty good though. :)

Hi and welcome!

Diet coke 2 servings a day is fine - no magic bullet but then nothing is.

Thus I wouldn't have you be eating quite like that as I think excess amounts of protein and the fat and nutrients found in dairy can sway blue.
