Hello beautiful ladies,
I've been lurking forever! Reading everyone's posts and trying to soak all of this info up like a sponge. Deceided to give gender swaying a try. We are an older couple and we realize that every child is a gift. This is going to be our last pregnancy and we desperately want a baby girl! We have both started trying to diet and are gonna start supplements in March. We wanna start trying in July. I always wanted a diamond born in April.

Hi and welcome! Depending on how much "older" is older lol, I recommend trying right away as none of us know when we're down to the last fresh egg in the carton!!

I turned 40 last July and my DH is 38. So I know our time is ticking. In 2011 we got pregnant the first month trying after coming off the BCP. Hope we can repeat the same wonderful results!

Then I BEG you as a woman who got her last baby at 41 1/2 (so I am not some annoying young person giving advice here LOL), to START NOW and don't wait till April for diet or any reason at all. 3 years makes a HUGE difference over 35. I got pg at 39 catching the first egg breastfeeding and at 41 it took me 6 months (and I was VERY lucky because many people don't get pg at all)

I know. I worry all the time that it will not happen for us. I had to wait a few years before we got married and I didn't think we were gonna get pregnant then. Didn't know we were gonna find love older. Before we are able to TTC. I need to get my IUD removed.

Welcome and best of luck :)
I would second Atomics advice, it's still possible but don't waste time waiting. I am pregnant at 43 with a girl. It took six months and I had given up as felt I'd missed my chance and then the month we didn't 'try' I fell pregnant. Fingers crossed for you x

Oh great! Don't want to be a Naggy Nelly, it's just that some people don't realize the time pressure is there so making sure you were up to speed on that. :)
