DH and I were suppose to try last night, which would have been CD 10. Last month I ovulated on CD 13 so that would give me a 3 day cut off. Well today I took my OPK and it looked positive, so now I think I may ovulate tomorrow CD 12. I got PG with my DS the night before ovulation after a long abstinence which is what we have had because I was sick, so I am thinking it is better not to risk it.

You can join me in July when we DTD.... sounds like we are just barely a week apart on our cycles.

I would do the EXACT same thing kaseybaby if an attempt was going to mimmic a past conception with one of my DS's.

Definitely the right decision if it didn't feel right, best of luck for the following cycle!

I am a little bummed because it is raining out, my biorhythms match up, I spent lots of time outside without sun. But tomorrow is a full moon, and a male gender sign, and I know that is all hocus pocus stuff, but everything is lining up just like it did with DS. I would be thrilled to have another healthy baby boy, but I don't want to totally waste all this aspartame I have been taking.

I can see going either way as I think you could control for CM by taking a benadryl (at least I like to think so) and therefore dispell with the timing stuff, and your diet has probably been different, but I wish you luck whatever you decide, I totally hear you on not wanting a repeat scenario! I am going through thinking that I've done that now b/c the dates/timing match up with the conception of my last DS, but I am trying to convince myself that the other varialbes (diet, pH, biorhythms and CM) were very different.
