Yay or nay to these: I would love a baby girl and I will do anything

Diet coke. 2 cans a day
Skipping breakfast
Pineapple like crazy... Acidic
Salad for lunch
Rice and chicken for dinner
Evian water :)
Cardio class for one hour

Any other grand suggestions

Yon are all amazing!

Pineapple may sway blue. The acid vs. alkaline stuff is debunked http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/11684-ph-pickle.html but the bromelain in the pineapple may affect your hormones in a blue friendly way if you eat a butt-ton of it (small amounts even daily are fine, i'm talking "pineapple like crazy")

I would avoid chicken and go full vegetarain if possible. It doesn't mean you can NEVER have chicken, and those who have PCOS or IR need more protein and fewer carbs, and have leeway with meat.

I am and have been all of my life a vegetarian but i still found it very hard to stay under on protein man it is in everything lol. I'd say if you want chicken maybe 1-2x a week instead of nightly:)
