Hi, I've been checking my pH this past week - I'm expecting to O in the next 3 days or so based on my cm and temps. It's my first month tracking my cycle so I don't really have a pattern to show what my cycles are yet. Based on the strips my pH has been around 4.5 - 5. If it can consistently stay that low, do you think baby aspirin would be necessary when we TTC? Thanks in advance!

It may not stay that low, as you approach o your cm will I increase and raise ph. Don't get too stressed about ph though as stress sways blue and if your ph is too low it will kill all the sperm and you can't get pg. Baby aspirin not only lowers ph but also helps with implantation, so you may want to keep it.

I'm not convinced that the way aspirin sways has anything to do with pH, and so I would still include it.

Additionally, just because your body does one thing one month, it may very well do something totally different next month!!!

Thanks Atomic and Carmella! I will still plan on using it. DH is off work today so he said he will pick some up for me, along with some zyrtec. Also going to be buying a plan today! Thanks so much for this site - it is the only place I'm comfortable talking about our plan!
